House (6U-14U) Spring

Spring House Hockey Refund Policy Spring House Hockey registration fees are intended to cover ice costs, league fees, officials, and administrative expenses that are committed in advance. Full refunds will be issued if a player withdraws prior to team placement and before any program expenses have been incurred. After team placement or once the program has begun, refunds are not guaranteed and will be considered only in cases of season-ending injury, medical issues, or other extenuating circumstances. Any approved refunds may be prorated and subject to a non-refundable administrative fee and any non-recoverable costs already incurred on behalf of the player. No refunds will be issued for missed practices, games, or voluntary withdrawal after the program has started. All refund requests must be submitted in writing to the association for review. The association reserves the right to evaluate each request on a case-by-case basis.
